General Warranty Period
• The general warranty period for all products is 2 years from the date of purchase.

      o Malfunctions under normal use conditions.
      o Defective parts and components.

 

    1. Car Cosmetics:
      o Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
      o Malfunctions under normal use conditions.
      o Defective parts and components.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:

    1. General Exclusions:
      o Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
      o Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
      o Normal wear and tear.
      o Accidental damage (e.g., drops, spills).

      o Software issues or data loss.
      o Consumable parts such as batteries, unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

      o Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
      o Damage resulting from using non-recommended cleaning agents or methods.
      o Consumable parts such as filters, unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

 

    1. Clothing:
      o Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing.
      o Damage resulting from alterations or tailoring.
      o Fading, shrinking, or pilling due to normal wear and tear.

 

    1. Car Accessories:
      o Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
      o Damage resulting from using non-recommended cleaning agents or methods.
      o Consumable parts such as bulbs and fuses, unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

 

    1. Kitchenware:
      o Damage caused by improper use or maintenance.
      o Damage resulting from using non-recommended cleaning agents or methods.
      o Consumable parts such as filters and seals, unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

 

    1. DIY (Do-It-Yourself) Products:
      o Damage caused by improper use or installation.
      o Damage resulting from using non-recommended tools or methods.
      o Consumable parts such as blades and bits, unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

 

    1. Car Cosmetics:
      o Damage caused by improper use or application.
      o Damage resulting from using non-recommended cleaning agents or methods.
      o Consumable parts such as applicators and pads, unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Claim Process:

Contact Customer Service: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at customercare@mall.mt or trough online formular at our webpage under ‘contact us’ section.

    1. Provide Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have a readable proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
  1. Inspection and Approval:
    o Our team will inspect the product from description, pictures, videos etc. submitted by You electronically as instructed by Customer Service to determine if it meets the warranty criteria.
    o If approved, the product will be repaired or replaced with the same product.
    o Should the product become discontinued, a similar product or a depreciated value voucher will be provided to the client.
    o The repair or replacement of the product must be completed within a reasonable time, not exceeding 60 calendar days from the time the product was returned.
  1. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for warranty service and back.

Additional Information
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.
